Objective

The client wanted to assist real estate professionals by giving them multiple tools for financing including a handy mortgage calculator in a dedicated app. The client also wanted to build a website to manage loan officers and its partner’s content. The website enables loan officers to register and get the membership through subscription charges. It is possible for loan officers to see and manage the partner’s data on their smartphones through a dedicated app.

Our in-house team integrated the website with Authorize.net for payment of charges and made a customized referral list. Our team of app developers used the Titanium framework to build a cross-platform app with all desired features.

Application blinks the custom message set by the loan officer and/or the referral partner about the advertisements or the specials.
The application maintains the activation count per loan officer as well as per referral partner. The application also maintains its hit count.
