BNK AUTOMOTIVE is a mobile application for Android and iOS platforms. It can personalize the customer’s experience with the world of Volvo from the comfort of their seat. This app focuses on technology and innovation to ensure the best-in-class customer experience. The BNK Automotive platform has 3 interfaces- iOS and Android mobile app, Dealer Admin Panel (Web-based), and System Admin Panel (Web-based).

Objective

The client wanted to offer a personalized experience to Volvo car customers anytime and from anywhere. Be it having a test drive, booking a service, or getting roadside assistance, BNK AUTOMOTIVE app users can get all the facilities using a few taps conveniently. The client wished to offer all the facilities to Volvo customers including access to accessories and a loyalty program using this app

Our Solution

We integrated Zendesk SDK for live chat and support in the mobile app. We also integrated K-Net payment successfully to offer a seamless online payment facility using a tap. Our team has put effort into integrating Firebase-powered push notification for test drive and service-related remainders along with other necessary real-time notifications.

Features

User App

  • Users can login with email and also can use an app as a Guest user
  • Users can access all the available features from the dashboard and side menu
  • Users can see the list of new & pre-owned vehicles along with their details/confifigs and can also book a test drive of a selected vehicle
  • Users can book a service from available service stations for their vehicle(s)
  • Users will be able to use features like vehicle pick-up & delivery, genuine parts delivery etc.. as part of a home services program
  • Users can quickly contact Roadside Assistance to alert them of any issue they are having. Plus, it’s GPS-enabled to identify their location, and has a tracker to let them know when help will arrive
  • Users will be able to pay securely by card for any outstanding payment for buying a vehicle or any services payment within application
  • A reward/loyalty star-based program for users who use all types of services
  • Users will be updated about latest offers and promotions by SMS or notifification and also able to view detailed information of offers/promotions
  • Users can get the assistance from the service agent on their queries or questions with live chat support

Dealer Admin Panel

  • Dealers can login via email into dealer admin and view the list of registered users
  • Dealers can add/remove/edit vehicle details. Also would be able to check the number of views of a particular vehicle
  • Dealers can add special offers or promotions to all or targeted users
  • Dealers would be able to view various reports
  • Dealers would be able to manage staff and assign them roles
  • Dealers would be able to manage home services, review payments, review feedback, add surveys and manage loyalty programs
  • Dealers would be able to add holidays and manage dealership location timings
  • Dealers would be able to assign staff for home service order, services or cash collection
  • By using staff credentials staff person can login via email into dealer admin and will be able to manage assigned work

System Admin Panel

  • System admin can login via email into the System admin panel and view available modules from the dashboard
  • System admin would be able to turn ON/OFF modules and can manage mobile app’s features in a dynamic way
