Designation: Technical Head
Experience Required: 9 – 10 Years
- Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Use stakeholder’s feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions
- Track, analyze, guide, and monitor technology performance metrics and evaluate them according to established goals
- Identify new areas of digital marketing opportunities and create plans to implement them for us and our clients
- Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP
- Work closely with Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Represent company’s software development expertise in winning of new business along with sales department.
- Providing support and mentorship to team members, strategic direction for technical assessment, definition, prioritization, architecture, design, and deployment of new products and services.
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage and streamline internal operations and optimize strategic benefits.
- Direct development and delivery of software solutions to meet customer needs.
- Contribute to key customer meetings to promote existing relationships.
