Being accountable for project planning, execution, and customer satisfaction
Pulling the right amount of productivity from team members and effectively managing resource planning,
A solid understanding of business cases and risk management processes like identifying critical paths.
Handle risk factors, and the grievance of clients, manage project scope and change requests
Managing Project Documentation Standards in production
Good at Process Adherence as per organization standard processes
Managing PMS (Project documentation) & Reporting to top management
Be flexible to manage projects & teams of varied technologies
Good negotiation skills and the ability to make informed decisions
Managing good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Evaluating the Team's performance and managing evaluation data to conduct performance review meetings during the appraisal cycle
Able to Manage both Mobile and Web projects
Past experience as a developer is mandatory and MEAN development experience will be a plus point.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget
