Objective

The client required an application which facilitates communication through all channels within one place. Hence, the objective of this mobile application is to facilitate omnichannel customer engagement quickly and remotely. Moobidesk can bring all the communications channels to one platform which further captures the messages of customers to which business owners can promptly reply. 

The Challenges

  • Socket management was a challenge. 
  • It was difficult to receive push notifications from various platforms.
  • File uploading using API and handling using socket encountered many issues. 
  • Capturing screenshots was initially tough.

Our Solution

Our team of developers created a mobile application Moobidesk using Ionic Angular. It contains 2 interfaces- End-user iOS App and End-user Android App. Using the relevant technologies, we have integrated user-friendly features which businesses can utilize seamlessly while communicating with customers. 

Initially, we faced various challenges such as socket management, push notifications, file uploading using API and handling with socket, and capturing screenshots. However, we have overcome those challenges and successfully developed Moobidesk app to streamline the communication between businesses and customers.
