Objectives

The client contacted us to come up with a social media application for athletes. The client’s objective behind developing an application is to help athletes connect and inspire irrespective of their levels. Full-time and casual athletes can readily share their experiences, attend or organize events, and accomplishments through this application and build their networks. This native mobile app works well on both Android and iOS platforms.

This platform has two interfaces-

Mobile application for end users
Web-based panel for admin

The Challenges

Managed role-based access to sub-admins in the admin panel.
The stripe connects authorization and native pay using stripe.
In-app purchase renewal subscription for android and iOS.

Our Solution

Our in-house team of dedicated developers integrated the payment gateway Stripe and a functionality for in-app purchase subscription renewal for both Android and iOS applications. We also integrated role-based access for sub-admins in the web panel.

Features

User Features (Mobile App)

Users can log in and register with email/Gmail and social media
On the home feed, users would be able to view the posts posted by their contacts, public profiles, and the organization they are following
Users would be able to view sports events for the sports they have added to their Interests and sports experience
Users can like the post, comment, and mark their most lovable restaurants as their favorite to quickly access them. Along with that, users can report or mute posts
Users can tap on search and search for top profiles, contacts, athletes, organizations, and sports can follow it or add to their contacts
Users can explore and attend public or private events (if invited) while attending an event users can make a payment to the event with a stripe or Apple Pay/GPay
Users can organize public or private events as well by doing stripe connect and in-app subscriptions
Users can create a post with multi images or videos, tags, and captions
Users would be able to chat and receive push notifications and email notifications for posts, events, chat, and attached athletes
From profile settings, users can change account settings, enhance their profile, add a child athlete, add an organization, make an organization settings, or also create/deactivate a promotion

Admin Features (Web Panel)

Admin would be able to see new user registration, the event registration, revenue stats, commission stats, category-wise payment revenue graph, top-performing events
Admin can create the sub-admin with Full / Limited access
Admin can view the list of registered users in the proposed application and can also activate or block them
Admin can view the posts reported by the other users from the admin panel
Admin will be able to view the list of payment transactions made from the proposed solution
Admin can create the CMS Pages and manage the content of the CMS Pages
Admin would be able to do system configuration i.e, county, city, sports, skills
Admin can perform commission management and also update the charges
Admin can also view the reports for all the entities and can export the data
